narratives to drive positive social change.
I am a community organiser and project leader with over 10 years of experience delivering values-driven initiatives across Latin America, Europe, and the UK. My work focuses on building inclusive networks, amplifying migrant voices, and supporting communities to lead change.
As a Venezuelan migrant, I bring both lived experience and a commitment to reshaping the narrative of migration. I support migrants and refugees to reclaim their stories, build confidence, and take action, creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued.

Beyond Bath Talks - Bath Welcomes Refugees
Created and led Beyond Bath Talks, a community storytelling event series by Bath Welcomes Refugees, designed to shift perspectives on migration by amplifying the voices of refugees, migrants and volunteers.
Community Organising training at La Cañada Real
Designed and delivered community organising training for 25 migrant women from La Cañada Real, one of the most vulnerable in Europe due to poverty and lack of access to electricity.
Training for Cooperation Officers and Directors
Training on storytelling, communications strategy and tools for over 30 Cooperation Officers and Directors from local governments in Spain.
Nextdoor Nature Programme - The Wildlife Trusts
Coordinated £5M Nextdoor Nature programme, supporting 46 organisations and reaching 1,600 communities in taking environmental and climate action. I supported the transformation from traditional engagement into taking a community organising way of working enabling people to feel a sense of belonging as part of the movement. I also led the training of hundreds of people, including staff and local community groups.
Powercoders Programme - Impact Hub Madrid
A capacity development programme on digital skills aimed at people in vulnerable socio-labour situations with refugee status. I developed and managed relationships with over 100 organisations for employability opportunities and provided guidance and mentoringto 21 participants to enhance their professional skills and navigate the local context.
The Future of Mobility - Connected Mobility Hub
An innovation ecosystem to accelerate the transformation of the mobility sector in Southern Europe. I led a network of 130 startups focused on advancing sustainable mobility and connecting them with investors, corporates, and local governments. I also participated in the design and implementation of The Future of Mobility, an innovative platform bringing together citizens, startups, corporates, and local authorities to influence mobility policies in Spain. Conecta Programme - Bridge for Billions
Community organising training for Conecta Migrants and Refugees, a community of entrepreneurship organisations that support migrants and refugees in Spain, Italy and South Africa.

Advised and trained the staff and volunteers of TV Calle, a Venezuelan social justice movement, on capacity-building and community organising.
